- Nationwide tracked courier (urban and rural): $4 NZD
- Orders over $50 NZD (excluding gift vouchers): free shipping!
Where do you ship from?
Orders placed on ethique.co.nz are shipped from our Auckland-based warehouse.
How long does it take an order to be processed?
Our processing time is 2 business days, however during busy promotional periods this can take longer. Our warehouse team takes a break from picking & packing orders on the weekend, so orders placed after 9am Friday may not start processing until the following Monday.
Which carrier do you use?
We ship our orders with New Zealand Post. For peace of mind, all our parcels are shipped using NZ Post signature required service. If you’re not going to be home to sign for your parcel, you can give authority for your delivery driver to leave it in a safe place.
To set up a Leave my parcel, please login to your NZ Post account (or create one here for free) and provide instructions as to where you'd like it left once you've received your tracking number.
How long will shipping take?
Once picked up by NZ Post, parcels will be delivered within 1-2 business days. Rural deliveries may take an additional 1-2 days. Learn more about any NZ Post delays, disruptions and service updates affecting domestic deliveries here.
How will my order be packaged?
Orders are shipped in home-compostable cardboard boxes with paper tape and paper 'bubble wrap' which you can repurpose, recycle, or pop in your home compost or garden to break down.
The shipping labels are not home compostable. Please check with your local governing body for the appropriate way to dispose or recycle these items.
