Clarifying Shampoo Bar for Oily Scalp and Hair: St Clements™

I love this shampoo bar! My hair feels lighter and less oily between washes. I’ve been able to extend my dirty hair days by a day with using this bar. Nice to have found a shampoo bar finally that suds up and works!

Smells amazing, feels indulgent

Full disclosure I don’t have oily hair but I sweat a lot in gym classes and sometimes need a shampoo that cleans everything from my hair.

PROS: Great value for money and work really well. Happily repurchase

CONS: be really careful how you store it ( I use ethiques old soap containers ) because it seems more prone to sogginess than my other ethique bars.

This was my first time trying a shampoo bar and I wasn't sure I'd like it....thankfully I've fallen in love! Perfect for travel and a little goes a long way. The picture I've taken is after 5 uses of the sample size and you can see there's still lots of product left. Excited to order a full size and see how long it lasts. I have curly hair and I don't wash it every day. Perfect for removing product buildup and have even put it to the test after using dry shampoo my last day before washing. 10/10

I'm new to shampoo bars and think I've been converted. I have pros and cons:

PROs I've always had to wash my hair daily because it would get too oily. This has helped me go down to alternating days.

CONs I think it's too "clarifying," so my scalp has been drier and itchier. I'm experiencing more dandruff (note that I've struggled with this for years and years). So, my hair is healthy and happy but not my scalp. I'm going to try the Kiwi bar to see if this helps.
